We currently offer delivery by UPS in the United States.

How is shipping handled by Whitelip.com?

1. After completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation to the E-mail used. This E-mail will contain information about your purchase.
2. We pack your products in a durable and lightweight box.
3. Once your order is handed over to the shipping partner you have chosen, an E-mail with a order number will be sent. With this order number and your ZIP code you can follow your package as it makes it’s way to you here.

Handling Time

Most of our orders (90%) are shipped out the same day the order comes in. The cases where handling times are longer are e.g. when products for your order are out of stock. If this happens to you and your handling time is longer than 48 hours, we will contact you regarding the reasons.  

Additional information

Whitelip.com reserves the right to hold any order for a security review. If your order is affected, you will be notified within two business days.

Please note – US customers can only collect their package if they are over 21 years old.
